In Port Washington , over the past few years during the last week of October there was no effort from the ramp and light to moderate effort from shore. There was no action from the ramp, no action from the pier, decent action from the power plant, little action from the marina and mixed action from Sauk Creek. In Sheboygan , there was usually little or no effort from the ramp and light effort from the shore. There was little action from the ramp, little action from the piers, little action at the marina and some action on the Sheboygan River .

Ramp: Over the past few years during the last week of October there was no effort.
Pier: Over the past few years during the last week of October there was no effort.
Power plant: Over the past few years during the last week of October there was usually light to moderate effort and there has been decent action. Chinook salmon, Coho salmon, brown trout and rainbow trout have been caught, mainly on spawn sacks but also on skein. Most of the fish being caught were brown trout. Best catches occurred in the morning. Conditions: The water color was light brown with low clarity or blue green with good clarity, air temperature was in the high 40’s to low 60’s, skies were usually cloudy with rain occasionally and there were light winds in a variety of directions.
Sauk Creek: Over the past few years during the last week of October there was light effort and mixed action. There was exceptional action early in the week and no action at the end of the week. Chinook salmon and Coho salmon were caught at the mouth of the river and behind the high school. At the mouth, they were caught on spawn sacks, jigs and spoons. Behind the high school, they were caught on flies and jigs. Conditions: The water was usually light brown with moderate clarity, water level was low, the current was slow, the water temperature was in the low 40’s to low 50’s, air temperature was in the high 50’s to low 60’s, and skies were cloudy with rain occasionally.
Ramp: Over the past few years during the last week of October there was little or no effort and the only action to report is a rainbow trout was caught by an angler casting a spoon from a boat anchored in the marina.
Pier: Over the past few years during the last week of October there was light effort and little action. A Northern pike was caught on a rapala, a brown trout was caught on a spoon and a lake whitefish was caught on spawn. Conditions: The air temperature was in the low 60’s, skies were cloudy with showers and there was a moderate wind to the north.
Shore: Over the past few years during the last week of October there was usually light effort with little action. Brown trout, rainbow trout and Northern pike have been caught in the Deland Lakefront Park marina. Conditions: The water at the ramp was light brown with low clarity, and the water temperature was in the mid 40’s.
Edgewater power plant: Over the past few years during the last week of October there was no effort.
Weeden Creek: Over the past few years during the last week of October there was no effort.
