Ramps: Over the past few years during the last week of April there was usually little or no effort and no action to report.
Piers: Over the past few years during the last week of April there was usually very light effort and little action to report. A brook trout was reported to be caught on a little cleo.
Shore: Over the past few years during the last week of April there was usually no effort and no action.
Edgewater power plant: Over the past few years during the last week of April there was no effort.
Weedens Creek: Over the past few years during the last week of April there was no effort.
Ramp: Over the past few years during the last week of April there was little or no effort and no action.
Pier: Over the past few years during the last week of April there was little or no effort and little action. A brown trout was caught. A lake whitefish was caught off the lakeside of the pier in the late morning/early afternoon on a soft plastic bait. Conditions: water temperature was 40-46° F, water blue green in color with moderate to good clarity, air temperature was in the high 50’s, skies were cloudy and there was a light wind to the south.
Power plant: Over the past few years during the last week of April there was usually light effort and little action. A brown trout was caught on a spawn sack. Also, many undersized brown trout were caught on spawn sacks and spinners. Carp were also caught. Conditions: water was blue green in color with good clarity.
Sauk Creek: Over the past few years during the last week of April there was usually no effort but a little action when there was effort. A rainbow trout was caught on spawn sacks an undersized brown trout were caught. Conditions: water temperature was 48-50° F, water had a brown tinge with low to moderate clarity, the current was moderate and the water level was moderate.
